“As a world traveler and a professional clinician, I've never felt so unwelcome or judged.
Front staff had horrible attitude.
Brutal service, like I was doing the most severe injustice by checking in and paying them.
Judged because I had a service dog.
The room was very broken down.
Truly disappointed.

“went in my car tried to come in my room after someone unlocked it. I was standing by the door. nobody at the front desk went to ask about a camera. housingkeeping came one but I did not need anything. vagrants and weird men walking around the complex. I could not bring my things in without rude obnoxious wholite people moving them and walking around them. I had to go through the front door. had a key talking constantly about what he found on the internet. sixty and eighty pound dogs roaming……

“I was there for 16 hours total. I live locally and booked a room there to study for a credentialing exam and take the exam the next morning.
After checking out, I noticed two $250 charges on my bank account a couple of days after leaving. When I called the hotel I was told I had damaged the tv- and so the charge was $500. At that time I expressed that this had to have been the wrong room, as I never even watched the tv or touched the tv during my stay. I was told to talk to the General……
