"The property wasn't propery cleaned and the A/C wasn't operating. The property was relatively new, however, it was in questionable condition. Kitchen facilities were sparse to say the least and definitely NOT clean."

"It has all you need. Perhaps not the most centrally located and not a fab neighbourhood, but nothing is that far away in Guelph and the place was very nicely set up. The communication was spot on. I would say that you will need to bring slippers or warm socks as they want you to take you shoes off (of course you should!) but the floor was cold on the feet. Other than that - perfect for the priece."

"Very clean and tidy. Description not accurate, it says 2 queen beds in each room but there was only 1. Host responded to my questions in a timely manner. I had stated there were 3 guests arriving but we had to ask for more towels, which came fairly quickly. Table is slightly broken but still workable. Futon not comfortable and I had to search for a blanket, no extra sheets for it. "Clean and nice basement unit on a quiet street. Close to Hwy. 6 and amenities. Host provided all of the small items that made it easier to pack lighter for a shot stay. Only two very minor complaints. Lots of good pillows but the linens / blankets could have been better and navigating the entrance with a large suitcase or cooler is akward. "The apartment is clean. The host John is friendly. We stayed at downstairs. The insulation between upstairs and downstairs is very poor. Even a small footstep from upstairs can be heard very clearly. So as long as somebody were present, the noise can be a problem. Otherwise, the property and neighborhood were good."
