Via Speranza Studio Flat

Set in very close to the historical town centre, the studio flat is 1 bedroom 1 with a double bed and a single bed 1bathroom kitchen corner , dining room on the ground floor. The studio flat is very well supplied with linens and towels. It's located close to th communal swimming pool, very well supplied supermarket, restaurants and the Fermo museums . You can reach by car the Adriatic sea is 10 min. and the Sibillini Mountains in 45 min. The apartment is generally cool but air conditional and heat pump are provided. Pets are welcome and as it has its own entrace they do not disturb other residents . Well situated for young couple, families with a child, or single travel.
If you wish to walk you can get the town square about 15 minutes away. I would recommend a car though to see the wonderful surrounding countryside and hilltop villages that make this area so picturesque.

All year there are festas locally which are in essence food festivals with a local band, but expecially in the summer you can see Sagras and historical reenactments.
The locals are very welcoming of all tourists and guests and keen to let them taste the excellent food and wine of the region.

Between stays, we shall be disinfecting and sanitizing all surfaces this may mean we may not be ready by 4 pm for accepting new guests but we will endeavor to process this as quickly as possible.
