“My partner and I made an emergency reservation fairly late on the same day we were meant to arrive in town. We encountered some extenuating circumstances during our vacation, which meant we needed a safe place to sleep for a couple of nights. Despite this short notice, our stay was fantastic! We did a contactless check-in after hours, arriving sometime after 7pm. This was a godsend after the long, and frankly terrible, day we’d had. “I booked a two bedroom cottage, However, they arrange a one bedroom cottage for me. Inside the cottage, Another room was locked. So I have to find someone to help me To unlock the second bedroom. That wasted me half an hour To ask for help.”

“No shuttle bus to the airport as stated in the hotel info. Booked a room with jacuzzi but the bath plug was missing, couldn’t use the e tube at all. There was no ventilation in the bathroom. Overall a very bad experience ”
