「The rooms here were quite well maintained. Nice central location to downtown, and hiking trails. The surrounding views were beautiful. Great place to stay great price. Friendly staff. The continental breakfast was okay but it would have been nice to have some hot food like scrambled eggs added to the breakfast layout, but that isn't a big deal.」

「The pool area was so well stocked with comfortable chairs, sofas and cushions. The pools were very clean and nice. The staff was so very friendly and the breakfast was a full brunch, which also was excellent. A very nice place to stay in Fernie.」

「This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The moment we walked into the room, we were hit with a terrible smell that made it obvious the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained. The entire room felt dirty, run-down, and neglected.
The bed wasn't even made properly, which immediately made us question whether the linens had been changed at all. There were visible signs of poor housekeeping throughout the room, and the overall condition was unacceptable. The hotel itself...

「I have stayed in this hotel during both the winter and summer seasons, and let me say that I would come back here every time I visit Fernie BC.
The staff is always extremely welcoming and friendly. Frederica (apologies if the spelling is incorrect) was very helpful and very friendly. With a big smile on her face she told me all the summer activities that were happening during my stay.

「Hotel was very nice and clean. We were there at the end of May/start of June so understandably it was the off season. So, limited options for food on the property. The pool was great and hot tub was nice and hot but the jets didn’t work.
Overall we did love it there and will definitely be back to stay.」

「Hotel is under alot of construction at current time. We have stayed there many times and understand the need for updates and maintenance but it would have been nice to know in advance or perhaps reduction of rates during the Reno. I'm sure that the hotel will look amazing when we return next year. Staff is always amazing and rooms are always clean. Thanks for a great weekend!」
