"Very courteous staff. Clean room. We forgot a Kindle in the room; luckily they had cleaned the room shortly after we checked out. They called us immediately and we were able to backtrack to pick it up. Very much appreciated!"

"We were traveling with a 100lb Swissy dog and stayed in a dog friendly room. It had great space: a couch for the human/dog, a dog bed that is good size for a medium size dog, and wood laminate floor made easy cleanup for my messy eater of a dog. We used the road that the hotel was on for a 1.5 mile dog walk; it had low traffic and converts into a gravel road. The hotel does have a small dog area for potty breaks. The bed was spacious and comfortable. The mini fridge did not have a freezer section for ice packs. The bathroom also had plenty of room and counter space. We enjoyed our overnight stay and will return when we make this roadtrip again. It was much easier than staying in Reno. Only drawback, most of the restaurants close by are fast food. However they provide a breakfast with a decent selection of healthy or not so healthy food (better than most complimentary continental breakfasts at non-destination hotels). The fresh waffle choices were fun. Thank you Comfort Suites Fernley team for creating a good relaxing, clean, and spacious experience."

"Very nice cozy room. Had the basics. It was clean. Modern electrical in optimal spots, even though the rooms were a little older. Small market on site was convenient. I liked the fact that we were able to walk into the main part of town easily, never needing our car. Staff was superfriendly and accommodating."

"Housekeeper was still there when we arrived. Dirty sock under a bed. Our feet were completely BLACK after walking around in the house. House is nice but very bare bones. Doesn't feel warm or inviting. "
