“Väldigt fina rum. Hade lite problem med att komma in men det löstes väldigt snabbt och smidigt av ansvariga på plats. Platsen låg väldigt bra i Arona med promenadavstånd till bra restauranger. Rummen var lite kalla men det var en väldigt skön och varm säng så man sov fantastiskt bra.”

The town location and the lakeside terrace are fantastic and the extended grapevine-covered balcony from the master bedroom is very special. “We’re a group of 14 people who stayed in the three apartments. The accommodation was comfortable and the central apartment served as a common dining area for all of us with a large dining table and good kitchen. L'appartamento che ci è stato riservato era molto ampio, dotato di ogni comfort (inclusi asciugamani e lenzuola), pulitissimo, con cucina attrezzata e vasca idromassaggio.

“Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Check-in hat uns ein kleiner kulinarischer Leckerbissen erwartet und auch beim Check-out gab es noch ein persönliches Geschenk. “The apartment was very nice, it provided all the necessary amenities. It was always quiet and relaxing. Conveniently located near City Center in Varese, restaurants, shops, and sight seeing was often within walking distance. The host had the place well organized and was available to assist with any problems that arose. Myself and my two adult children really enjoyed our stay. Although we didn’t speak Italian, the local people really helped us get by. ”

"Oh my God, Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa is a huge hotel group in the world. But this hotel spreads False propaganda , cheats client by denying client’s reservation two times and ask room guests to pay for their free shuttle bus.
My families, friends and I have booked 7 rooms of Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa over Hotels.com in June. We choose this hotel because the hotel shows it offers free shuttle bus to airport. I also have written to this hotel to reserved 12 seats of free shuttle bus by email. But Honeydette De Vera, Front Office Manager of this hotel responsed me they don’t offer free shuttle bus for group reservations. I think the hotel proclaim they offer free shuttle bus is False propaganda because they don’t offer free shuttle bus to all their room guest. Besides, we are not a group because the hotel doesn’t offer special price for us. Hotel always offer better price for group. But I don’t want to argue with them. I have tried to reserved only 8 seats of free shuttle bus of this hotel, departing at 9:45 of November 5 by mail again. The other 4 paxes of us can grab a taxi to airport. Julieta Dalla Costa, staff of Front Office dept. responsed me “We do confirm the availability for the Transfer as your request.” That means we have reserved 8 seats of free bus successfully.
We have checked-in around 9:30 PM of November 4. The staff of Front Office told us they
don’t admit we have reserved 8 seats of free shuttle bus departing at 9:45 of November 5 and there "
