We had an amazing night at this modern looking property. It was a fantastic location - close to the castle, church, town square and shopping. There was a great variety of food options at the breakfast buffet. The young woman who managed the desk and the breakfast was so kind and helpful!! She made our stay exceptional!

Stylish stay in Ferrara.

The rooms are beautiful, modern and very stylish. The location is central to everything, and they have some parking available. The staff were friendly and gave us great restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was great. We would definitely stay here again!

Bellissimo consiglio..struttura moderna in un palazzo antico..camera spaziosa pulita e ben arredata tutti i servizi di un hotel tre stelle anche se è un B&B.. colaziosa ottima in qualità e varietà.. servizio top bravissime le ragazze.. Il punto dove si trova la struttura meravigliosa, di fronte il castello al centro di tutto...avrei dato il massimo se non fosse per alcuni servizi pubblicati ma non esistenti ma hanno chiesto scusa.

An absolute treasure of a hotel. The rooms were wonderfully furnished, very clean and finished to a high standard. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. Plenty of delicious breakfast. The air conditioning was very welcome. It is in an ideal location for exploring Ferrara. Good value and would highly recommend it.

Here’s a natural and balanced **review in English** based on your points: --- **Review** We stayed at this B&B for a few nights and overall had a good experience, although there are a few aspects to mention. The room was **very nice, newly renovated**, and tastefully decorated. However, it was **split across two levels**, which made it a bit uncomfortable, and there was **limited space for hanging clothes**. The **shower was brand new and very clean**, but unfortunately the **water pressure was quite low**. We also noticed **some dust on the floor**, which slightly affected the impression of cleanliness. On the last day, **breakfast was served at a nearby café** instead of the B&B due to staffing issues. It was **not a buffet** as advertised but rather a **limited morning menu**, similar to what you might find at a motorway service station. Lastly, there was **no staff available for checkout**, so we had to leave without formal procedures. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few small improvements needed to match the high quality of the newly renovated rooms.
