“Two bed apartment with private balcony well worth the upgrade. These apartments are away from main hotel so nice and quiet. There are three apartments together; the kitchen area in our apartment only had 2 electric sockets whch were in an inconvenient place.
The nearest gate out of the grounds to the beach has been blocked by a large recycling compound which may not belong to the hotel but a new gate is needed to avoid hopping over the wall!”

“We had a fantastic stay at ARTIEM Apartments in Mahón. The apartments were clean, well equipped, and in a great location, but the real highlight was the staff, particularly Andrea and Paula.
They genuinely couldn’t do enough to make our stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Their friendliness, attentiveness, and willingness to help made a real difference. If there is any opportunity to recognise outstanding service, I would wholeheartedly recommend Andrea and Paula. They are a real……
