「It's a nice apartment for us to live for few days, hope we can stay longer. The facilities are great, and there is a carrie four supermarket just 30 seconds walk. Really convenient with public transport. But, no room cleaning services for stay shorter than 7 days. We only stay for 3 nights. 7 euros/set of towels will be charged if you need a new whole set. 「Basel - it was a blast. This was my Eurovision accommodation and it was just perfect. The room was very quiet; perfect for long party nights, you can sleep the whole day without noises from other appartements around. The restaurant had very nice waiters and delicious quality! Only the very reactive communication for the check in was not that good and I didn’t get a Basel Card. The apartment has many do‘s and don‘t rules. Overall, I recommend it! Thanks!」

「The worst place I've ever stayed! Terrible security!!! We PAID for tge luggage storage sercice but the hotel didn't do their job and one of the baggages is GONE!!!!!! It's so unbelievable! The location is not so good as well, not close to train station nor city center. And the cleaness is a doubt, the bed sheet has some dirt, bed is broken and the hairdryer is not working. Think twice when. you book!!!!!!!」

「Perfect place to stay for a family on a roadtrip. Spacious for 5 persons and parking included. The appartment is quite new and of high standard. AC was highly appreciated in the heat (36 degrees). Easy communication with the host, before, during and after the stay. We highly recommend the appartment.」

A bit far but very nice hotel

"It is a bit far from the Basel train station but the tram number 8 can take you nearby, hotel host upgraded my room to a bigger size on top floor, while you cannot imagine it is a big hotel from outside, good bathroom with enough hot and water pressure, easy to reach most of the Basel old town attractions"
