“We really loved the house, it was beautiful and spacious, and decorated so nicely with historic pictures and decor. Our room, the Major Pierce, was very comfortable, and the bathroom was huge and very clean. I think our favorite thing was the amazing breakfast…the person who cooked and attended to us was so kind and accommodating, and the food was delicious. “This is an amazing place. Very relaxing. Just stayed for an overnight, but enjoyed it immensely. Every need was anticipated, the room was cozy, well appointed, and the bed was beyond comfortable. The couple who run the Manor are extremely friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this for a relaxing getaway at any time.”

“I found the Oakdale Inn to be a beautiful property and I would stay there again if traveling to Martinsville. It was only about six miles from the Martinsville speedway and very easy to get there.
