Stunning Riad super convenient location and the staff make every effort to help the guests. The dinner was an absolute surprise in the best way possible, and it's a must do.on the stunning rooftop with amazing views of the surrounding areas. They also included a 1 hour tour with a very knowledgeable guide who took us around the medina (it's a crazy maze) and showered us a great spot for lunch. Highly recommend and I hope to come back to this place in the future.

This place was fantastic! The space is 10/10 it’s such beautiful riad and was worth every penny spent. The staff were super hospitable and gave 5 star service, anything you needed they had already done or would help you. I highly recommend this place, can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful stay

Our stay was wonderful, staff is incredibly helpful, especially Wara who watched for us not to overpay any driver or guide. Mama Fatimah food was very tasty and prepared to order. Habbim was excellent as well, I highly recommend this hotel.

One of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed. The historic riad has been impeccably restored and the family suite was the perfect size for 4 of us. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming and we really enjoyed the home made meals on the roof terrace.

A beautiful and luxurious riad with lovely views from the rooftop terrace where the delicious breakfast is served. Large comfortable bed and huge room. The only negative for some visitors may be the location, which is a 20 minute walk through the medina from the area on the west side of the medina where most of the restaurants and shopping are located. This riad is located in a mostly residential area with few restaurants and no shopping.

Incredible Architecture

Probably one of the most incredible Riad interiors in Fez. Service speed and efficiency needs work, but the staff means well and strives to please. Towels are ready to be replaced, as is the shower head in our suite. Porters are on-point and extremely helpful.

Pleasant stay but short staffed.

We spent 6 days during late march 2024 in this beautiful Riad,it is amazing just keeping watching the tasteful decoration everywhere.The suite was ample and well appointed.The breakfast set served everyday was basic but adequate.The food at the restaurant is good but service tended to be slow due to the fact that are only very few people working at the whole property because we never saw more than 3 or 4 multitasking people doing everything and the kitchen is far from the rooftop restaurant.The location is very good just next to one of the best entrances to the Medina.The staff members were very nice and helpful despite they were overworked.

Very spacious room and very authentic Moroccan style. Good air-conditioning in room. Hot water and strong pressure in bathroom. This is important especially after a day walk in the souks. Staff are all very nice and helpful. We need to check out early morning, they are kind to prepare packed breakfast for us and help us to get a taxi. Strongly recommend this Riad to my friends. The only drawback is the bathtub as it’s a bit high (there are two wooden steps aside) and in plastic material.
