“This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Baden-Baden. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and made for a relaxing stay. The surrounding area is full of amenities, and dining at The Grill by the casino—just steps away—was a highlight. Breakfast at the hotel was also delicious and well-presented. The only downside was that many local businesses were closed on Sunday and Monday, which limited some exploration. Still, overall, a wonderful experience.”
“Magnificent location, staff, amenities and food. We were extremely impressed with Brenner Park Hotel. The staff are particularly wonderful, very accommodating and kind. The grounds, sauna facilities, pool and gym are very nice and beautiful maintained. During our stay another building of the hotel was being renovated (which we knew about when booking) and we did not hear a peep, did not have a single disturbance, you would never know renovations were happening in the nearby building. “Premises are under renovation and housekeeping was below average, i.e. room card of last guest was still sitting at the room, a glass half full of water in the kitchen, a hanger on the washing basin in the toilet, safe not working, etc. In short, everything looks great in the photos and only in the photos... ”
