"We checked into the hotel on June 13th and the room was really nice. We got a suite, which was nice and spacious. However the service is really bad. They only gave us 2 large bath towels and there were 4 of us. Never gave us fresh once again so we had to use the same towels for 5 days.. Also never replenish the amenities. Only give you when you first check in. They didnt provide more shampoo or body wash, when I asked for more, I was told that there is a charge for it. Also, I forgot my hotel...

"Not a very pleasant stay. Arrived late evening and was kept waiting for over half an hour to check in while they 'checked with the office' even though they had the booking on their computer and I had a copy with me. Bed definitely had seen better days with a choice of sleeping in a large hill of springs in the centre or falling out the sides as they collapsed. Kitchenette had no equipment at all...
