Amazing view and location. Rooms good size and very clean. All rooms have small balcony but good view of mountains. Bathroom is good size and big. Breakfast can be little more better, not a good choice. Catering need to improve. No Egg station for breakfast so we have to go out side for good English. lots and lots restaurants around, easy walking distance. Definitely will recommend.

Overall it was an okay stay as we came outside of the season. The room itself was fine, not too small, has a terrace and enough space for two, however the bathroom was incredibly cold and the water was barely hot. We couldn’t enjoy a hot shower for the wnr

Not worth even the cheap price
I did not enjoy my stay here. The room was dirty, there was no shower door or curtain so the bathroom was always soaked. At night it was really loud with parties in the courtyard beside our room into the early hours. For some reason the bed only had single covers for 2 people so we spent the whole time with something sticking out and there were no spare blankets or anything to fill the gaps. It felt like you handed over your money and then were totally forgotten about.

Nice experience
Great location... only three minutes away from the beach and five minutes from the famous Blue Lagoon. Clean room and comfortable bed. Friendly helpful staff. Value for money.

Good no frills place
I was just passing through during covid and the off season. It was a good no frills place. I got the least expensive room and was happy for a place to shower and rest my head.

Rough at the edges

The hotel is in a great location and staff were friendly however the photos online of the hotel and the grounds versus what you get when you actually arrive are very different. I had an old and dirty room which looked liked it had not been cleaned for a while. This room looked nothing like the photos I saw beforehand. Unfortunately the hotel was full and they had no others. I didn't eat at the hotel so cannot comment on food however , cleanliness and condition of room were very off putting and made me uncomfortable.

It is a cheap hotel. So we didn't go with high expectations. But the building was very old. Need repair. They are not cleaning the room during stay. Breakfast was average. But people were helpful.

Very pleasant staff
Very pleasant staff. Nice welcoming and hospitable. Breakfast selection is basic only (but quite common for Turkey). Hotel is convenient walking distance from the beach. Off season we were able to park for free on the street but parking is paid during high season.

Overall it is a nice place, the breakfast was also nice, bufe type. The music at the swimming pool was too loud and even a closed window didn't help. I slept with ear plugs, because there was 5 cm gap between the floor and the door and you all the noise from the corridor gets in.

daha iyi olmasını beklerdim
Her konuda yardımcı oldular, temizlik ve verilen hizmet standart, resepsiyonda çalışan arkadaşların ilgisi iyidi, fakat odadaki klima ve sifon arızalıydı. gelip ilgilenmelerine rağmen tam düzelmedi. klimanın dış ünitesi ve su sesi diye tahmin ettiğim seslerden dolayı rahat edemedik.

ansprechende Zimmer. Angenehmes und von sich aus aufmerksames Rezeptionspersonal. Essenszeiten sehr flexibel. Gute Lage. Entspannte Anlage. - Essensspersonal unprofessionell (Pommes ständig quatschig) und hängt dauernd vor dem Smartphone, das auch immer wieder mal vor sich hinlärmt.

Odaların, özellikle tuvaletlerinin elden geçmesi gerekiyor. Kahvaltısı baya kötüydü. Düşük kaliteli malzemeleri geçtim, düzgün bir çırpılmış yumurta bile bulamadık. İngilizler için fasulye eksik edilmemişti ama. Onun dışında odanın içi fena değildi. Konumu iyiydi.

Böyle kötülük görmedim
Odalar leş gibi klor kokuyor adeta temizliği çamaşır suyuna yaptırmışlar bahçesi içler acısı lağım suyuyla sulamışlar çimleri 27 _29 temmuz arasında 831 TL yatırarak yaptığım rezervasyonu çocuğumun alerjiden tıkanması nedeniyle hiçbir hizmet almadan terk ettim oteli. Fırsat düşkünü otel sahipleri ve kaypak personel yalan söyleyerek öderiz dedikleri 1 günlük ücretini bile göndermediler. Sınırlı tatil bütçemiz pis insanlara yiyinti oldu. Sürekli beddua ediyorum.

Orhan bey paranızı iade ettik.2 günlük rezervasyon yapmıştınız .Sizin odanız gündüz saat 14: 00 de hazırdı fakat siz gece geldiğiniz için günü kaçırdınız ve bu yüzden o gün oteli kullanamadınız.Gece odaya giriş yaptıktan bi süre sonra resepsiyona gelip çocuğunuzun astım hastalığı olduğunu ve ayrılmak istediğinizi ilettiniz ve ayrıldınız.Otelimiz bir sezonda yüzlerce çocuk ve binlerde misafir kalmaktadır böyle bir durumla karşılaşmadık.Oda ve banyolarımızı çamaşır suyu ile temizlemiyoruz.Otelimizin lağım giderini bahçeye verme imkanımız yok .Giderlermiz direk ölüdeniz belediyesinin kalanizasyonuna bağlıdır ve bahçeye verme durumumuz mümkün değildir.Odalarımız da rus ,ingiliz,hollandalı,ukrayna,belarus, türk ,bulgar misafirlerimiz kalmaktadır ve hiç biri bu şekilde oda veya bahçeyi kötü kokuyor diye şikayette bulunmamıştır.Otel sahipleri dediğiniz gibi fırsat düşkünü hiç değildir.Personelimizde değiginiz gibi kaypak da değildir.Ben önbürü müdürü Necmi Pehlivan Doğu Akdeniz Üniversitesi turizm ve otel işletmeçiliği mezunuyum ve 20 yılı aşkın süredir otelcilik işindeyim sizinle le paranın iadesinin ne zaman yapılaçağını telefonda izah ettim ve size kaypaklık yapmadım.Benimde çocuğum var ve otel patronlarımızında çoçukları var .Bu çocuklarımızda haftanın baz gümleri otele gelip havuzumu kullanıp bahçede oynamaktadır.Lütfen yorum yaparken yalan ve olmayan bilgiler yazmayın .Hiç tanımadığınız insalar hakkında da hakaret etmeyiniz.
