Boys trip yes , not with family
dont look at the photos . very old style apartments. poorly maintained . but again its what you pay for . less rentals . breakfast same every day and you pass it on the 3rd day as you cant have boiled eggs everyday . nothing interesting . difficult to ask questions .as harldy anyone spoke English .asked them for a nearby restaurant and after 20 mins to explain them " I want to eat outside tell me a place " they gave me silly directions to a crap restaurant near by which was difficult to find . since it was the first day I had no internet . i later found out there are 100s of amazing restaurants 5 mins away . surprised they didn't knew . should have told me take left and there are 20 restaurants . it was as easy as that . they should have a paper there at reception for nearby restaurants guide and also places to visit near by. will make it so much easy for tourists .

The hotel, staff and facilities were fantastic, pool was lovely and breakfast great. Only criticism is that the front apartment area in front of the hotel needs tidying up

This place had a simple room with a tiny balcony. The bathroom was nice with a big showerhead. The sheets and towels were plain. There was lots of parking. The location was not within walking distance of very much. The breakfast buffet in the morning was set up next to the pool. It was a basic breakfast.

Stayed here a few times, room ia spacious and clean. Beds are reasonably comfortable , pillows acceptable. Breakfast is functional and pleasant. Staff are friendly. Location is about 10mins from promenade. Outside you can get a bus to the beach. Note , however it is about a 25min walk to the town centre and old city.

Good and comfortable stay
It was a nice stay, the room were good sized and had the basic essentials. There was no drinking water in the rooms but you can always ask at the reception and they are happy to help. The breakfast was good and much better than other top end hotels. The room floor was a little dirty, we had black feet of walked barefoot in the room. The WiFi was very very weak, we barely got any WiFi in the room but it was ok in the main reception downstairs.

Our favourite place to stay. We will be back
Our stay was over the top, it’s not a 5 star but a beautiful and safe family run accommodation. The swimming pool was huge and clean. The breakfast was lovely. The reason we would be back is because the owners and staff were efficient and kind! They allowed me to put our goodies in their fridge as we needed a very late checkout. They even sent me away with their own pressed delicious olive oil. I would come back and ask for a long long stay. 4 Euro taxi to the city centre. Or the local bus, close to supermarket with shopping and it had everything we needed.

Nice friendly hotel with helpful staff, good breakfast. Bathroom recently revamped with excellent shower, comfortable bedroom, if a little bit tired.

Our rooms were clean A/C was working fine. Breakfast was good for this price range. However, Wifi was too weak and slow and we were not able to use it most of the times.

Good Value Hotel with Excellent Transport Options
A very good hotel in spacious ground with apartments and two swimming pools. The room stayed at was adequate with a small balcony overlooking a pool. Although on a main road, the actual hotel is located well away from the road and is quiet. Good dolmus transport options are available outside the entrance.

Excellent hotel at a great price
Everything was very clean, from the room, sheets, towels and even common areas like the pool that sometimes are neglected in the low season. Spacious room with a small balcony. Good bathroom with rainfall shower, plenty of very hot water and good pressure. Small very silent refrigerator. Old looking AC that turned out to be a gem. It was silent and kept the room temperature constant at night. Mattress with very good consistency and actual duvet, not those uncomfortable hybrids between a blanked and a sheet that are common in Turkish hotels. The most comfortable sleep I've had in Turkey. Large wardrobe closet with plenty of space for bags. Good location in a quiet residential neighborhood, right across a bus stop, 5 minutes on foot from a medium size supermarket, the oceanfront and 20 minutes to the city center. WiFi was OK and the signal in the room was strong enough. Staff that speaks good english and is always ready to help. An excellent choice at a great price. I'll probably return.

Large modern bathroom with 2 shower heads.
Very good value.Good size room and good size bathroom with 2 types of shower spray.Cleaned every day if required.Wifi and TV good.Sunloungers by the pool a bonus.

It was fine. The internet in the room wasn't the best. barely worked actually. I had to make video calls from the lobby. Aside from that the room was clean and the staff was helpful. I would recommend staying, however, get a bus pass as the bus station is 2.3km away from the hotel.

Relaxing stay.
Amazing stay to relax and it's in a quiet neighbourhood. The room is great with a balcony. The swimming pool is nice and relaxing.

Stayed in ideally located Kilim Apartments Hotel for 4 nights which which is what I wanted between Calis beach and Fethiye. Unfortunately it is a 30mins walk to either centres and in the hot weather you might find it a struggle. The hotel has 2 bus stops outside and with frequent buses of around 10mins in both directions you will find it an easy ride costing less than 5 lire per person or 50p. The hotel has 2 pools and 2 sets of apartments one older than the other. The rooms are basic with a small balcony in mine but clean. The plants around are a little overgrown and needs to be cut back which the owners obviously cannot see if there are there daily. The service is fantastic from the day time manager who speaks English and very helpful but lousy from the night staff. He ignores that you are there when he answers the phone sometimes for long periods so just walk away as the calls are more important than you. There is an urn for hot water and tea with paper cups which is always at reception. A dream for us Brits. You have to buy your own milk but there’s a fridge in the room so it’s not a problem. The room is small unless if you are lucky enough to get one with a double and single bed. There’s no hot but only warm water at times and bed is very comfortable. I would return for the quiet location and price. The management also replied to my email which is amazing for a no star rated hotel apartment. Well done Kilim! Note location is far away from the centre.

Stayed during winter for 9 nights. The hotel is located by the main road for the convenience of the bus which will take you to Fethiye or Calis beach or if you like a walk it’s approximately 20/30 mins either way. Rooms are big with basic furnishings, bathroom is new and modern. Friendly and helpful staff. The traditional breakfast was enjoy. Would recommend and return myself.

This was a great value stay for 3 of us. It was a nice walk to the waterside and the food areas. A market close by. The breakfast is lovely down by the pool and the pool was fantastic in the hot period (we were there in October). Would highly recommend and love to be back at some stage!

Nice clean hotel, good location and excellent value for money Decent breakfast Environmental REVIEW: Solar panels excellent Water heater by sun energy :) Shampoos etc should have been 100% environmental :( and water could have been used to water plants No recycling avaliable:(
