Most things you had to call to ask for, tea wasn’t replaced when used. Rooms were old, clean but you can tell that this is an older property in need of a renovation. Beds were comfortable. Staff was helpful when called upon.”

“This is a newly opened hotel for less than two months, and the location is excellent. All the beautiful (Bursa Ulu Camii)and best shopping (Bursa Grand Bazaar) places in Bursa are within a few minutes of walking, and the subway (Metro) station is just 1 min walk including turning a corner. The hotel staffs also have for good English communication and enthusiasm for service. The room facilities are also complete. “The hotel is pretty beautiful and location is convenient. They even has a parking structure which is rare in Turkish busy cities. The young men working at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. It was very pleasant to talk with them. A young lady assisted us to purchase boat tickets to Istanbul while we encoutered some problems. The only downside is they would charge 50 lira for a cup of coffee while the breakfast was free. The coffee tasted not good at all. ”

“Kamer redelijk schoon, Ontbijt uitgebreid maar smaakt minder. Parkeren gratis. Bedden waren zacht en doorgezakt(SLECHT) Mini bar 2x Water gratis de rest betaald. Afstand naar stad centrum 1,5 tot 2 km”
