A spacious and light-filled air-conditioned living area, including a fully equipped open kitchen with an oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, and washing machine. A large plush sofa and a flat-screen TV complete this space, perfect for social moments.

Two private parking spaces, for easy and convenient access.
## Access
Guests will have complete access to the entire apartment, ensuring total privacy. Enjoy all the comfort of this space just for you!
If you are arriving by train, you have several options:
The apartment is just a 9-minute drive from the train station for those preferring to take a taxi.
If you opt for the bus and are coming from the train station, go to the Gare des Bénédictins stop and take line 6 'Mal Juin Pôle La Bastide', then change at Place Churchill to take line 32 'FEYTIAT Mas Gauthier' and get off at the 'CRÉZIN' stop.
As for parking, two spaces are provided for you in front of the accommodation.

The apartment is located in the heart of Feytiat, so you will have all the necessary shops right at your doorstep (bakery, butcher, pizzeria, hairdresser, supermarket, pharmacy...) while being just about ten minutes from the city center of Limoges, a city known for its cultural and historical richness.
## Transit
Due to its central location, the apartment is easily accessible on foot from most points of interest in Feytiat.
There are gymnasiums for watching badminton, gymnastics, basketball competitions, and several stadiums nearby for football matches or tournaments. For golf enthusiasts, the Limoges Municipal Golf Course is a 5-minute drive away.
