15 min walk and you can go to train station and go to Milan cheaper than go to Malpensa airport and take a bus or train to Milan. Before 22:45 you can reserve a seat in hotel bus service if you landed in Malpensa. We landed 00:45am and we did take taxi from airport for €27.50 Breakfast is ok Room was ok Bathroom needed a update I think Overall I recommend

Great hotel with a convenient location to major roads. Rooms are excellent!

The hotel is conveniently located for visiting Lake Maggiore and Como with a rental car. The train station is a short walk away for a day trip into Milan without the hassle of driving there. There is very limited parking at the hotel itself. There is a parking lot about a five minute walk away. Not an issue for me but it could pose a problem for those with mobility issues. There is an elevator in the hotel. Breakfast was very fine with a wide assortment of choices for all tastes. My only problem was noise. The first night I was over a dining area which was very audible in the room. It was quiet after 11:30 pm. I tried the same room one more night because I was told this dining room area was only used as an overflow on Saturday evenings. However, it turned out that what I thought would be a rather quiet street had non-stop traffic in the weekday morning rush hour. I then moved to a higher floor away from the street and the rest of the stay was quite quiet except the for the neighbour's barking dog throughout the day. I would recommend that travellers who are light sleepers like me ask for a room on the second or third floor away from the street. The staff were all lovely and concerned to be helpful.

Super easy to take the airport shuttle-- text or call the hotel to tell them you are coming, and go to Arrivals area 10. Beautiful surroundings. Friendly staff. Sweet hotel bar with small terrace. Breakfast served starting from five AM -- totally unheard of in Italy! I would not stay anywhere else. And yes, it is out of town-- as are ALL the airport hotels. It's no different from Paris, New York, Toronto, Rome, or any large city, and the train into Milan from the airport and back is simple and inexpensive.
