「the location is good, about 1 mile from Bari Centrale train station and about .5 miles from the Old Town. I asked for fresh towels after day 2 and was told that I would receive them, and never did. The bath towels don't dry in the bathroom. So, that was annoying to me. Also, the TV didn't work. Breakfast had a nice assortment.」

「Location is great. The check in process is not easy or straightforward. The check in application is okay for checking in but it included a way to pay the city tax also but the hotel management didn't seem to recognize it so I had to pay the tax twice to get access. The door opening app isn't translated to English well enough.」

「No parking affiliated with the property, not even a paid garage. No front desk, just WhatsApp. Staff logs off at 6pm. There is an emergency phone number where you can leave a voicemail but you can’t speak to a person. The water was shut off and I left several voicemails sent emails and WhatsApp messages. Expedia was very helpful but couldn’t reach them either. They helped me switch hotels at midnight and offered me compensation so that I didn’t have to pay extra for the second room. It’s a shame...

「It was a large room but the bathroom was communal. Actually there were 2 bathrooms on my floor of perhaps 6 rooms. Both had no toilet paper. The bedroom was very basic and the bedding in very bad torn condition. I slept with only the sheet over me as I didn’t trust the blanket. Price was fair but I wouldn’t return. 」

Bad things: over-complicated procedures (such as getting the wrong room), non-existent internal soundproofing, noisy plumbing, mildew on shower curtain, erratic "maid" service, e.g. not done at all or partially done (no change of linen or towels in 5-night stay), soap removed twice and not replaced, bin not emptied. Breakfast barely adequate, e.g. cereals laid out but neither bowls nor...

「Veldig rene rom, gode senger og puter. Fint bad. Gammelt bygg, med nyoppussede rom i et bynært område. Veldig mye trafikkstøy utendørs, men godt isolert så lav lyd inne. Fin balkong. God kaffe. Veldig gammel heis, vi ble sittende fast i heisen, og måtte vente der i 30 minutter før reparatørene kom. Anbefaler ikke å bruke heisen, så litt langt å gå opp og ned 5 etasjer. Kort vei å gå til gamlebyen og togstasjonen (10 min). Takk for oss, vi koste oss veldig i Bari!」
