“Buona colazione, ottimo parcheggio, frigo bar a pagamento non segnalato”

“Pros: -very clean -easy to check in and out, all done via messages/email and with electronic codes -you only see staff during breakfast, and they are super friendly and attentive -breakfast is great! Plenty of choices, delicious coffee, a very nice breakfast room shared with other guests, etc. -it was super to be able to control the temp in the room, as many times it is set too cold or too hot, great shower, bidet, towel warmer, very good WiFi. -secure parking -walking distance (maybe 15')……

“Veramente un bell'albergo. Una notte per vedere Ranucci all'auditorium Paganini. Camere belle spaziose moderne e pulite. Ampio parcheggio. Colazione varia. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. 5 minuti dal casello. Per chi non vuole cenare in albergo ottima pizzeria ristorante a 2 minuti. Al mattino abbiamo anche trovato Ranucci a colazione. Torneremo sicuramente.”

“we booked on the day that we travelled and i did not check email and host sent us email and asked what time we arrived but i missed it. Well take a bit to contact reception when we visited coz we are a bit late and phone not connecting very well. So, remember to check email before you go coz mostly europe hotel closed early at reception. The other day, we go down , all i can say is excpetional service from host and reception, even breakfast. All very good, location is so convenience. Love……

“前台接待員會說日語的服務員Chiemi，態度非常之差。所有資料都不會講清楚，一切都是自己詢問她才會告訴我們。check-in的地方不是我們的房間所在地方，我們的房間要再開車過去5分鐘的地方，那個地方非常難找，附近停車位置7:30之後是給當地居民才能停泊，我們外來車必須要泊入停車場，1晚15歐元停車費，停車場沒有直達樓上房間的電梯，我們要搬行李走樓梯。 前台接待員根本沒有告訴我們應該先將行李放在大門口，再去停車。把行李再從停車場走樓梯拖到地面，再拖上那個住處的電梯口，真的是非常不方便。 建議大家如果住這間酒店，一定要問清楚是那一個樓，如果是check-in那個樓，應該還可以接受，如果是要另外的那幢樓，真的不太建議住這間酒店，非常不方便。 這間酒店一定是ibis中最差的前台接待員。 酒店去各個景點都是非常方便，步行能去附近出名的餐廳和景點，都方便，只是酒店的服務態度有問題，再酒店有二幢不同的大樓，在不同的位置，距離步行約10分鐘，所以不方便。”

“Sound insulation is bad whever people passing corridor and closing door. When next door closing their toilet door, the ceiling sounds and move a bit. Otherwise the service and staff are nice.”
