“Never stay here Horrible”

“The room was clean and there was a small fridge but there were no utensils”

“The property is in a nice location. We walked to Sunset Cliffs every day. It doesn’t have a cook top stove/oven as stated in the description. It doesn’t have a microwave combo oven air fryer. We only used it as a microwave. The window air conditioner works much better when taken off eco mode. Overall we enjoyed our stay.”

“The property was very clean and nice. Check-in was easy, and the host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Great stay!”

“Everything was good. The only issue was the noise from the trains.”

“This is a clean, well-equipped room that has everything you need for a solo traveler or a small family. The pool is a great bonus, and Karen is a wonderful host!”

“Great place, definitely will stay here again if possible.”

“We loved this place! It's an older very charming unit (duplex) and it was very nice inside and outside and very well appointed too. The outdoor patio was a must each morning with our coffee and breakfast and in the evening after a long day of fun. We walked everywhere too - super close to University and very close to Balboa park. All in a great neighborhood. Highly recommend for a couple - the extra room is very small so good for small family with little kids. We wished we could have stayed……

“Lost 2 1/2 hours of vacation due to a faulty door mechanism. Online communication was exceedingly poor.”

“Go for the location alone! The patio is right on Mission Beach, directly on the boardwalk, and the views are fantastic. There’s also a wall A/C unit in the upstairs bedroom, which was a nice bonus if you want a cool place to relax or sleep after a day at the beach.”

“House was as advertised. Unfortunate that it was such a hot week as A/C would have been helpful (even window units). Internet went out at times, food from the prior guests was under the couch and guest room bed and the primary suite was sweltering.”

“It was okay”
