Holiday family overflow

Comfy space for 2 adults and 2 dogs. Warm & Cozy. This property is close to our home. With guests in our home for Thanksgiving, this was the perfect solution for overflow. We were allowed to add an additional night at the last minute day since it’s the off-season. We were grateful for that. The only negative aspect is that there are no utensils, plates, etc. in unit. We would definitely book again.

Adequate accommodations, misleading information

The description indicated kayaks were available for use. When we arrived, we discovered they were available for use for $30 per person per day. We also planned on preparing food for breakfasts. Had we not reread the information, we would not have realized there was no stove or cookware. We brought our own griddle and made due. We brought disposable plates, cups and silverware. None of this was provided. There was no kitchen sink. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. Lesson learned to more carefully review all the details before booking.

Family christmas visit

The odor of smoking was present the entire time. Was so strong when we first walked in. Was strongest in the bathroom. Left windows and doors open for awhile and purchased air freshener. Seemed to be a mix of past smoke in the room and being drawn in from those smokinb outside or circulation from heater. I will not return due to my sensitivity to the odor. It may be a past situatuiin that will require professionals to deep clean. Other than that charming, comfortable, and close to family which is ideal for me.
