Ground floor of air-conditioned villa for 2/4 people, 46m² living area, 40m² covered terrace, 220m² plot + parking, Wi-Fi internet access.
The large covered terrace with dining room and summer lounge, the easily modular living room and the bay windows make the accommodation practical and spacious in summer giving a large living space in day mode and two independent bedrooms in night mode .
Located in the village of Poggiale, 10 minutes from the beaches of Caldarello, 20 minutes from Bonifacio, 25 minutes from Porto-Vecchio and its beaches (Santa Giulia, Palombaggia ...).
At 8 minutes, in the villages of Pianottoli and Figari, you can find different local shops (supermarket, butcher, bookseller, post office, hairdresser, restaurant ...).
For windsurfers and kitesurfers, the Figari spot is 10 minutes away and that of La Tonnara 15 minutes.
Owners living upstairs, quiet, discreet and available for any information and advice.

Excellent séjour !
Un accueil très agréable ! Kevin et Johanna sont disponibles et donnent les bonnes adresses de la Corse ;).
L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter les alentours.
Le lieu est très propre avec tout le nécessaire à disposition. On recommande à 100% !! et encore merci à vous Johanna & Kevin.

Juste magnifique
Pour notre première expérience en corse, ce fut un sans faute … 😜👍en effet l appartement répondait à toutes nos espérances . Très propre, beau , très bien équipé. Les propriétaires se sont montrés accueillants tout en restant très discrets . Ils nous ont donné des conseils avisés et il est vrai que la propriété est très bien située. Elle est à la fois très proche de l aéroport Figari 10 a 15 mn , idem pour les plus belles plages de corse du sud , et pour ceux qui aiment comme nous aller au restaurant le soir Porto Vecchio et la belle architecture de Bonifacio sont à maxi 30 mn . Bref…. Tout pour vous donner envie de revenir !!!! Annick

Un havre de paix
L’appartement est très agréable et conforme à la description. Situé dans un hameau calme, nous y avons trouvé le calme et la tranquillité que nous recherchions tout en profitant des paysages sublimes que nous offre la corse, entre son littoral et ses montagnes.

Casa Figari comoda e accogliente
Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa a Figari una settimana a luglio. L'appartamento è nuovo, ben arredato e molto pulito. I proprietari Kevin e Johanna sono molto precisi e professionali. Decisamente consigliato.

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour, les propriétaires sont accueillants et de bon conseils pour dénicher de superbes criques et des randos sympa.

Bonjour,
Nous avons passé 2 semaines à Poggiale.
Très bon séjour.
L'accueil à été très chaleureux. Johanna et Kevin savent y faire.
L'appartement est de très bon standing, très propre et bien conçu. La décoration est très séduisante. La grande terrasse permet de profiter de la soirée.
Tout est très fonctionnel, pas de promiscuité , mais de la tranquillité.
Possibilité de garer une remorque si vous faites de la planche à voile.
On reviendra c'est promis.
