“Lovely hotel (stayed 10 yrs ago without children) but this time it seemed a bit tired and the service just didn’t hit the mark for us. We’ve done Fiji every year now at other resorts and were really disappointed by their professionalism and friendliness which has not been the standard elsewhere. When we arrived our child was asleep so carrying him and getting our luggage up stairs to check in, not one person was there to greet us. Kids club was mediocre, our son only went twice because he didn’t……
