The staff are friendly and the service is excellent. I wasn’t feeling well, and Funmike (one of the F&B managers) arranged for the chef to make me congee, sent it to our room with fresh coconut and fruits. Thank you for making our stay so special, a beautiful home away from home.

We have no words to explain how sad we were to leave this resort. In just 9 days, the staff became so warm and familiar that saying goodbye felt like leaving our own family behind. If it’s your first time in Fiji (or even if you’ve been before), this resort is a must — the hospitality, atmosphere, and care from the team truly make it unforgettable. Unforgettable family vacation!

Tokoriki island is beautiful tiny place with amazing private beach(perfect snorkeling), sunset and sunrise point. Sheraton resort staff were all very kind and friendly, especially those at the front desk(super helpful). The lady at the activity desk was amazing. There was a very limited options for food since the island is a bit remote to the mainland, but we brought a luggage full of food just in case, so we were fine. Make sure you bring a effective mosquito repellent!

Our stay was nothing short of phenomenal! The staff made us feel as if we were family! The rooms were great, the views were great, the food was delicious! My wife and I were talking after our stay, and we genuinely couldn’t find anything we’d have changed. It was truly lovely! We had the most incredible time at the Sheraton tokoriki. Not only was it a beautiful island with incredible snorkelling, but the staff absolutely made our holiday perfect. BULA!!! Home away from home!

Our stay at the Sheraton was excellent! We only booked 3 nights, and then 3 nights on the main Island and wished we would of stayed there the whole time. It was so peaceful and relaxing! The staff made us feel welcomed and they are the friendliest people. The activities were great! The snorkeling was amazing! Our room was amazing, clean, and comfortable.

Fantastic staff and facilities. Food is a little on the pricey side but it's come with the territory. Snorkelling on the reef drop off is safe and amazing and rich in corals. You could paddle out yourself or a jetski can bring you out and back.
