「Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wahl des Hotels. Sehr gefallen hat uns das Abholen/Bringen am/ans Parkhaus. Da SaasFee autofrei ist, wäre es sonst sehr mühsam gewesen. Weiterhin haben wir die Möglichkeit die Skis in der Nähe der Skilifts zu lassen, sehr geschätzt. Schliesslich möchten wir noch die ausserordentliche Flexibilität des Hotels am Abreisetag erwähnen. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen!」

「I don’t usually leave reviews but this hotel was so incredible that I want to! The restaurant, for dinner, was some of the best food I’ve eaten in my life. The owners are so engaged and wonderful. The staff were so kind and helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable, and with the most amazing shower! Plus, I’m so glad we stayed in Grachen over Zermatt. The town was a beautiful quiet village compared to Zermatt which felt really hectic and crowded. I really hope to end up back here in the...

「We had a wonderful stay at the Alpha Hotel. The hosts are lovely and helpful. Breakfast was nice. There are two small markets in the area in case you want to grab some snacks. There is a bus stop nearby and a town where you can catch a train to Zermatt for example. There is a small play house on the property which includes a slide and some swings if you are traveling with little ones . Overall we would definitely stay here again.」

「A very convenient location and close to VISP station (Banhoff). It is a good hub for going to Zermatt and other sight seeing point. The hotel allow me an early checkin that is amazing in Europe. Thanks to that. The room is neat and tidy with a nice balcony. There is construction work nearby and the hotel provide 3M earplug for us that shows the empathy of the hotel.」
