This 39 m² studio features a kitchen, living area, and sleeping zone with a double bed and a single bed, accommodating up to 3 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, a shared dryer, and a TV. A cot and high chair are available on request.



    A shared outdoor area with a garden and barbecue is also at your disposal.



    The property is 7 km from Finale Ligure, Noli, and Spotorno. The last kilometer to reach the apartment is on an unpaved road, but it is accessible by car. Please note: most vehicles can manage the final stretch, but very low cars (e.g., sports cars) may experience some difficulty. There is a trail to Varigotti, which takes about 20 minutes downhill and around 40 minutes uphill.



    The apartment is part of a historic 17th-century holiday home divided into 6 units; private gardens are adjacent to each other.



    Parking is available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls. There are security cameras at the property entrance and in the parking area.



    Homemade products are offered. Recycling guidelines are provided on site. The meeting point for check-in is in Manie, where the owner will escort you to the property.

Wunderbare Unterkunft!

Pros: Die Unterkunft war wunderschön. Sie liegt in den Hügeln und man sieht auf Varigotti runter. Fabelhafte Aussicht. Das Zimmer ist wunderschön eingerichtet, heimelig, die Küche bietet alles, was man benötigt. Der Pool ist super für eine kleine Erfrischung. Mein persönliches Highlight: Meine Hündin war genauso willkommen wie ich! Die kleine "Terrasse" vor dem Zimmer ist eingezäunt, perfekt also für Personen, welche mit dem Hund reisen. Die Gastfreundschaft von Pietro und Francesca ist kaum zu übertreffen, wirklich sehr nett, zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar, wenn man etwas braucht. Cons: Keine Kritik, nur eine Anmerkung. Man sollte vorbereitet sein; die Unterkunft liegt in den Hügeln, der Weg dort hin ist sehr steinig und eng. Das Auto muss für so einen Weg geeignet sein.

Nog mooier dan de foto’s

Pros: - Het uitzicht is geweldig! - De tuin & plunge pool die naast het appartement liggen zijn in het echt zoveel mooier dan op de foto’s. Het is echt een waardevolle toevoeging aan het verblijf. - De moestuin is goed onderhouden en er is van alles te plukken voor je maaltijden. - Pietro en Francesca zijn prettige hosts en er was goede communicatie. - Er waren kinderen & honden en toch was het heel rustig! - Ons hondje kreeg een balletje als welkomscadeau, daar is ze nog steeds heel blij mee. Heel lief! - Het wandelpad naar het strand is pittig ivm de warmte en naar boven is een steile klim maar erg leuk om te doen
