「Owner was easy to get ahold of. Great location. Would rent here again.」

「We had a great time at LakeLubbers!! Plenty of room for our party of 8, with fully stocked kitchen, and grill on the patio. The location is very convenient to Bridgewater Marina and shopping / restaurants, the dock was convenient for parking our boat, and the upper dock was a hit with the kiddos!!」

「The Jackson River Estate was the perfect getaway for our 2025 Family Reunion. The estate is very spacious and provides magnificent views. There is river access but the water is cold. The pool and slide were a big hit! Cole’s Point (beach), the humpback bridge and waterfall were super close and great excursions. This location is great for families that like to be outdoors…hiking, fishing, kayaking…Check-in/out was super easy. Although we heard there might have been a bear, there was no sighting....

「Nat is the best of best when it comes to owners. He made sure we knew where to go and what to do while we were there. Comfort was ensured several times. The house is well stocked and very clean. We loved the nearby brewery, little coffee shop and ice cream spots. If you're looking for a place to stay in this area....this is it! 」

「This house and property was so peaceful. The woods were fun to explore during the day, but at night- the fire pit, fireflies and hot tub were delightful! The proximity to the Blue Ridge Parkway and hiking PLUS the town’s restaurants and antique shopping made for the perfect vacation for all age groups. Very comfortable for 6-8 adults. Keep in mind, this is a 100 year old house meant for relaxing and enjoying the out-of-doors. No fancy extras, but comfy beds, very clean, and plenty of...

「As a solo traveler I got the peace and serenity I was looking for. The view of the lake from different rooms in the house was breathtaking and soothing. Lots of wildlife and you can watch the fish jumping in the air. The kayaks and the paddle board enhance d the feeling of being one with the lake. My dog loved to lie on the upper deck and watch nature and the deck was completely fenced making it safer for my furry friend. 」
