Broken windows on outside of hotel. Holes in the walls in room. Burn holes in duvet sheet. An awful amount of dust on headboards and lamps between the bed. Hair and soap scum in shower. Toilet seat had pee and hair on it. Walls are paper thin. Guests in room next to mine where blasting music very loudly at 2-4am

It’s near the freeway but safe. Doors lock after hours as extra safety measure and your room is safe as well. It’s close enough to get White Castle or Tobies.

Very clean room but the location is far away from everything. There’s a diner across the highway but a little dangerous to walk to unless you’re young and can run across. If you arrive by car you’ll be fine but we are not familiar driving in snow and ice so we had to take Lyft from the airport. It is 1-1/2 hr drive and at first the driver didn’t want to go. We had to grease his palm with $100 or we would have been stranded. The next day NO ONE would come pick us up. The sheriff recommended Attaboy Taxi but he charged $300. We had no choice. Very expensive stay. Hotel staff was super helpful and very nice. But location sucks.

The staff was friendly, my room was clean and very comfortable. I liked having a refrigerator and microwave. Coffee was available anytime by the front desk and the cost of my room was very reasonable. I would stay there in the future and recommend it to others.

I realize I messed up when I booked this room but to be fair the day I booked the room I was expecting to check in because it was 2 AM in the morning so it went from Friday to Saturday so obviously I’m booking for Saturday as soon as I get there… then they tell me not until 3 PM, but I was there at 4 AM…. Always look at the reservation you make before you click yes check it about 3000 times so this doesn’t happen to you.

The property was conveniently located for my trip. The inside of the room was disappointing in that the bedspread was stained and there were numerous dead flies in the window. Also, the heating unit did not function until it was unplugged and reset.

There's a gas and store right across from the hotel. Next to highways, the hotel has views of the forest and such.

Since I'm short and handicapped the bed was a great height for me. So often the beds are way too high for me.

My room didn’t have working tv. I had to go tell the staff there was no remote. In return, they had to come out a cable box in the room and install it. One of the beds had no pillows. The bathroom area was very unclean. It almost looked like all that had been done was new towels and soap put in. There was definitely trace that the room was used before us.
