"The staff were very friendly, the location was great, and the place was generally clean. However, all the bath towels had a strange odor, which made the overall experience just average."

"Good: 5 mins walk to tube station and big M&S super market. Check in fast. Room: sacious, neat, quiet. Wifi: fast and stable. Free bottles of water in the room. Breakfast: various choices such as sausages, fried & boiled eggs etc. Bad: no moveable shower head, which is not flexible to wash my body. "
