Within a gated community, La Casa resort, this inviting cottage sleeps 4-6 people and is designed to have everything you need for your stay all in the same place.
Unobstructed breathtaking panoramic views of Lake Okanagan and the LaCasa Resort will leave you never wanting more. Large rooms, modern open floor plan, bringing your family together for some lovely memories.
On clear nights, the stars put on a breathtaking show viewable from the upper deck. Perfect conditions for star gazing enthusiasts and sky buffs alike, as the Northern Lights have even been known to make an appearance every so often.
Cottage is equipped with a door bell camera.
Check out time is at 11:00 am. The door code will change 15 minutes after your check out time to allow our cleaning crew to access the unit and have it ready for the next guests.
Check-in is anytime after 3:00 pm on the day of your arrival this is to allow our cleaner’s time to ready the property for your stay. For this reason, early check-ins cannot be accommodated.
Hot tubs and Pool are open seasonally. Lower pool and hot tubs from May 1 to Thanksgiving, upper pool & hot tub from May 1 to mid September. Open daily from 8am to 10pm.
The cottage allows you to connect to the most popular activities in the region, including Winery and Vineyard Tours, Fine Dining, Boating and Watersports, Hiking, Biking, Climbing, Skiing, ATVing, Offroading.....the list goes on. You choose what your vacation will include.
Boat slips can be rented on a daily or weekly basis. On-site kayaks, paddle boards and golf carts can be rented from the commercial operator May to September.
Within close proximity, there is horseback riding, world class golf courses (Predator’s Ridge, Gallagher’s Canyon, The Rise), boat rental, ATV rental and numerous wineries to explore and enjoy. Local Fintry Provincial Park (5 minute drive)- boat launch, canoeing, wind surfing and scuba diving at the barge, plus a waterfall and historic house to explore. As well as the historic O'Keefe Ranch only a half hour drive away.
IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER:
La Casa Lakeside Cottage Resort is accessed via Westside Road. It is a winding drive hugging the shores of lake Okanagan. Be aware that mountain goats and other wildlife like to cross the road. Remember, you’re on a vacation, take your time and arrive safe!
Downtown Kelowna is a 30-minute drive south from the resort. Vernon is a 35-minute drive north.
This is a resort community and specific bylaws have been instituted for everyone’s comfort and safety. Community rules must be respected and observed for everyone’s enjoyment. This includes a maximum of 6 overnight guests, and quiet time between 11pm-8am (please refer to the house manual upon booking for more details).
DEEP CLEANING
Our cottage will be professionally cleaned after each stay. You are responsible for removing trash from the home at the end of your stay and from time to time during your stay so as not to attract uninvited pests. Trash and recycling dumpsters are conveniently located within the resort on Barcelona Drive.
