「Nice apartment, and really (surprisingly) just a short drive to lots of what Pittsburgh has to offer (Oakland and Pitt, the Southside, Downtown, Strip, and lots of other neighborhoods). The check in and check out were super easy as well. I would recommend getting the parking upgrade if driving, just easier not to sweat residents only zones versus other areas (and arranging it through the host was a breeze), Great stay.」

「We really liked our top floor apartment that was up in the treetops. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We loved sitting out on the balcony. Our only issue was that several items had not been restocked by the cleaner. The host was very responsive and brought them over the next day. Be aware that there are steep steps up to the top apartment.」

「This was perfect for my family and I during our visit for the Steelers game! Thank you so much!」

「Good area, very walkable to Steelers game! We arrived and didn’t have the check in code, but host was communicative and able to help quick! 5/5 would recommend!」

「Great stay! Nice and clean, good location to walk downtown, quick communication from host. Definitely recommend!」

「Great location, clean and spacious condo in a high end building. Great host communication, too.」

「East Carson seems to be an emerging neighborhood. The nightlife is colorful. The unit was clean and cozy and met our needs. A few things about this property are you have to climb a flight of steps to enter. It is noisy from the street especially at night. Parking is tricky as well as there is not dedicated parking for the unit. One night it took us over a half an hour to find parking. We parked 10 minutes walk due to the limited street parking. The washer and dryer are nice but we...

「The location was amazing and the views spectacular. The apartment was clean and well maintained. It does not have an elevator in the building and is the penthouse, so the renter must be able to climb carpeted stairs up to the 3rd level to reach the apartment. If climbing stairs is an issue, this apartment is not for you. However, the views make it all worth while.」

「Communication about parking was a little delayed when I asked questions. Took about four hours on the way into town to get a reply after many tries. The host apologized and indicated it was a VRBO glitch? Overall the place was in a great location for our activities. Access to the building was pretty simple. The place was very comfortable and clean. The bed was A for me! I’d stay again.」

「Beautifully decorated, super clean, cozy place. We found it conveniently located besides PPG Arena, and would definitely go back again. Host is the best! 」

「The place is older, small kitchen, but that is ok as we did not even use it. Living area was ok as well. The pictures online clearly showed a room with twin beds (totally fine) but the second room had at least a double bed in it. This was not the case when we arrived, it was two twin beds set up like a dorm room. Bathroom shower is small and the curtain was gross with mildew growing on it. The towels had a horrible smell to them. I emailed asking for new ones and they replied quickly...

「I know some peopel are going to call me a snob but here is my review of Grammy's House. First, there are things that I can't hold against the property, but future renter's should be aware. The location is pretty sketchy and we didn't feel completely safe in the area because at least two different streets on just a block or two from the location were completly roped off with police tape. Second, the walls were so thin that we could hear the our neighbors TV. Now, what I do hold the property...

「This place is gorgeous! I stayed the night here with my adult daughter and we loved it! From the easy communication with the owner, to the beautifully done design and decor, the most comfortable mattress and amazing views of our home city, this place is truly a chefs kiss. I will most definitely be booking this place when we come home to visit our family in the future. Thank you Chad for an amazing experience!」
