「My teen daughter and I stayed here for one night while traveling around PA, NJ and NY. This place is so cute. When we first got here we were greeted and given a quick tour including some history about the house and how it came to be a hotel. The room was very well appointed with a full, updated bathroom. 「This is a wonderful period correct boutique hotel. With an excellent restaurant attached to it. The room was very clean, very comfortable, and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. While the elevator was a bit slow, it seemed to be fitting of a period hotel situated, ideally, in the old section of Philadelphia, with convenient walking distance access to Penn's Landing, the ferry to New Jersey and many of the cultural and historic attractions in that part of the city」

「The property was beautiful and Love the layout. but the bathroom floors were not clean there were foot prints all throughout the bathroom floors. And the Stairs were dirty and walls had stains on them … Probably just needs a clean wipe down… but it was very noticeable. Just being honest 」
