“Construction right next to the property definitely killed the vibe, noise late into the evening and early in the morning.. traffic delays.... No onsite parking - valet is a 25min wait”

“The condo was very clean and well furnished. It is very close to Bayfront which was very convenient and safe. We were very disappointed that the pool was under construction after we had been told it was open. The owner did give us a 6% refund as he said he did not know the pool was closed. We had seven guests and had to pay extra money for 3 of the guests (price is based on 4 guests) but we were only given 4 towels. We came in very late Thursday night/Friday morning and I contacted the owner……

“Extremely unhappy. Walked into a sticky unit that reeked of wet dog. There was food splashed across the appliances and the floors were sticky! Looks nothing like the pictures. Ended up have to book a room at the grand for $1100. Of course no refund smh. Extremely disappointed. Beware”

“Very disappointing stay due to AC issues and poor handling of the problem. From the first day, I reported that the AC was not properly cooling the bedroom. The living room eventually became cold, which showed that I had the AC set correctly, but the bedroom vent provided little to no cold air. Despite this, I was repeatedly told that I wasn’t following the AC instructions correctly. I tried calling several times to explain the issue, but my calls were ignored. I eventually had to contact……

“This property was EVERYTHING!!!..I rented this for my daughters graduation. We stayed there for two days before our cruise. I wish I had stayed longer. It was close to good food, 5 minutes to the cruise port,the building was immaculate, the condo was beautiful and my teens absolutely LOVED IT!!..The host was very nice, walked us through everything. Whenever I'm in Miami, I will ABSOLUTELY stay there again!”
