“Very cool place ”

“This hotel is always immaculate. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Lots of dining options right in the hotel. Centrally located, but just far enough away from the plaza area of downtown to be away from crowd noise. We purchased one of the mid tier suites, but were upgraded to a balcony suite. Staff didn’t know this, but we were celebrating a birthday, so that was a nice little gift. All the times we have stayed, the staff has always made us feel like a truly valued guest. ”

“Great location near Old Boise and convenient to downtown. Room has everything you need plus a good kitchenette. Very quiet while we were there. ”

“Great hotel, great staff but there were some charges they didn’t disclose when I was offered them like a parking pass I didn’t need. ”

“The room was beautiful, the pool was fantastic and my kids loved the water feature. Do wish there was a hot tub. Staff was very accommodating and kind, the continental breakfast was nice and they had little toys for any kids that came down which was lovely. The only complaint I had the bedding on the pullout couch was sopping wet from laundry services”

“Room was clean but the hot tub and pool needed to be cleaned. It wasn’t so gross we were afraid to use it, more like there was a lot of people used it yesterday and housekeeping didn’t bother to clean it. The hot tub also had signs of mold.”

“Someone entered our room when we were not there. They left an empty soda bottle in the waste basket. I knew that someone was there the minute I walked in the room. We left our sign out on the door to leave our room as it was.”

“Easy access to the property, excellent instructions and communication. The bathroom fan didn't work and the HVAC intake register was packed with dust... other than those two items, the place was clean and a FANTASTIC place to stay, it is in a great location, parking was easy, and all the building amenities/facilities were wonderful~ would definitely stay here again. Thank you!”

“Walk in the bed wasn’t made well looks like somebody just got done sleeping on it. Door is framed all out of place. Shower didn’t work that great. Everything was just poorly. The only good part was the bed. ”
