「Great staff and very clean.」

「I will never stay here again. Customers service from front desk was horrible. They gave me a room that was not properly cleaned. I asked for it to be cleaned. I came back and it still wasn’t done. I requested a new room. The new room was not equivalent to the room i initially booked. The front desk person who said she was the manager provided horrible customer service. It wasn’t worth it. Casino staff were nice」

「Hotel was clean, staff was extremely welcoming and kind. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were Roomy with lots of space. Breakfast was decent. Would definitely stay here again if we ever pass through Maryland again.」
