The living room has a new, natural cypress hardwood floor, a gas fireplace, a couch, and a twin-size pullout sofa chair- perfect for family gatherings and additional sleeping space. The home also features first floor laundry, a back patio and an in-ground, community outdoor swimming pool.
This location is also great for groups-- we offer Birch Grove Cottage and the Retreat at Sunshine Creek at the same location.

• PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

This is a quiet community with residential neighbors. This home is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate bachelor or bachelorette parties or other rowdy gatherings.
Location is next to Hwy 42/ Egg Harbor Road, which typically experiences higher traffic volume during the peak tourist season.
