Front desk double charged my credit card for room stay and extra $800 and had to wait until cleared at end of stay ! No apology or accommodation.

Loews Miami Beach Hotel – South Beach
Everything was A+ from the moment we got there. The check-in was great. Vallet was great. The room was upgraded for free, great views and large room. Bed was very comfortable. Everyone who worked at the resort was very nice and friendly.
