Frau Robin Smith ist eine hervorragende Managerin, die unglaublich freundlich ist und dafür sorgt, dass jeder Gast die benötigten Annehmlichkeiten vorfindet. Das gesamte Anwesen ist makellos sauber, die Zimmer sind sauber und das Hotel duftet immer frisch (und der Kaffee ist fantastisch!).

Dies war für mich wie ein zweites Zuhause. Ich fand es sehr sauber, sehr ruhig und das Personal freundlich. Mein Hund war auch dabei und wir hatten absolut keine Probleme, selbst nicht mit den anderen Hunden im Hotel. Das Gelände ist wunderschön und ich fühle mich sehr sicher, wenn ich früh morgens oder spät abends mit meinem Hund spazieren gehe. Ich fand es sauber, angenehm und gut gepflegt und habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Aufgrund dieses Besuchs werde ich bei meinem nächsten Dienstaufenthalt definitiv wieder ein Extended Stay America buchen!

When we arrived at the property, there were people hanging out in front of the main entrance, smoking cigarettes, smoking, marijuana, leaving cigarette butts all over the ground. The checkout representative at the window was as helpful as she could be. We arrived at 6 PM on Friday. We were late for a rehearsal dinner for a wedding that we had been in town for so we dropped our stuff in rushed. Noticed the next morning there were a little bugs, crawling around the countertop and the top of the table. There was no toilet paper in the room besides, what was on the roll, which was very minimal. It was 7 AM. I went downstairs to check with the front desk about getting additional toilet paper. There was no one there until after 8 AM. Another patron gave me a roll of toilet paper from her room. The towels were grungy and stained the counters and cabinets had debris.The people hanging out around the front entrance made us feel very uncomfortable. I do not feel like the listing was accurate. I thought we were renting a studio type room. There were no dishes. There were no pots so even if we did want to cook something we had no utensils or cooking elements. One patron had a dog that they were walking outside the building, and then brought the dog into the elevator to go to his room.Not sure if this is standard procedure to have pets on the property, but everything just seemed a little strange.

Vom ersten Moment meiner Begegnung mit Frau Smith an war klar, dass sie alles daran setzt, dass sich die Gäste willkommen und unterstützt fühlen. Sie waren nicht nur zuvorkommend, sondern auch wirklich mitfühlend im Umgang mit meiner Situation und stellten sicher, dass sich ohne Zögern um jedes Detail gekümmert wurde.
