A lovely boutique hotel with a wonderful staff and delicious breakfast. Must be one of the tallest buildings in town. Don’t skimp and make sure you get a terrace room. The views are exceptional and it’s the high point of a stay there.
Absolutely has to be the BEST hotel in the area! The best - brand new inside; great views and the most accommodating owner (family run). Safe, great breakfast and location - I will certainly return again!
Accommodation very clean & comfortable. Breakfast very good
Wifi not very reliable. Pods for coffee machine could have been replenished.
Slightly on the expensive side but the area is extremely popular & prices are high in general
Vi stayed at Hotel Costa da Morte for almost three weeks and felt at home. When we checked in we were surprised with an upgrade and got rooms med balcony and sea view. The rooms were clean and fresh, with comfortable beds. What a luxury to have fresh beds and towels at the end of a beach day. The breakfast was delicious and we got a little extra surprise and variation each morning, sometimes French toast, sometimes cakes from the family bakery round the corner.
The staff was extraordinary kind and helpful. Eloy, the owner, provided us with recommendations about what to see or do and where to eat (excellent restaurant recommendations!). He helped us booking a moonshine boat trip with Julio and helped booking restaurants.
The day we checked out we had to leave very early and the prepared breakfast-to-go for us.
It was a fantastic stay and we can only recommend this hotel.
Very clean and beautiful property with a delicious breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff and hotel is located in a great place, walking distance to most everything!
I wish every hotel I ever stayed at was this one! Amazing hospitality, kindness and helpfulness from the staff, the rooms and hotel are clean, beautiful, and they serve an amazing breakfast.
Very good, checking in is closed between 12:00 and 3:00 pm.
Awesome breakfast!

I called to have a small welcome gift placed in the room as this was my daughter’s last night of stay in Spain after completing Camino de Santiago but was told it was not possible. Also, I reserved a room with sea view with extra charge but was given a room with city view. Not professional.
Professional and friendly staff and a clean and well appointed facility. 5 minutes walk to the bay in one direction, and 5 minutes walk in the other direction to the west facing ridgeline to watch the sunset over the Atlantic.
Used for one night stop over on a tour of Galicia. Only a few minutes drive from Cap Finisterre. Very large clean room with modern bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. Parking easy in small car park or outside on a very quiet street. Lots of restaurants on the waterfront only a few minutes walk away. Highly recommended.

We could not get our room because of the 10pm check-in limit. Indeed, we did assume the hotel would be open later - Spain being known for having diner at 10, but we called to make sure we could get our room we were welcomed by a very cold person on the other line.
Days before I even checked in online (passport numbers, …) so we could arrive late. Anyway, that’s 115€ we did not get back but we did get a thank you email for choosing that hotel. Well, you’re welcome!
This is an absolute little gem of a hotel right in the heart of Fisterra. Convenient for all local attractions, clean, friendly and very comfortable. Our room also had a great view and balcony looking out across Fisterra and the sea. The owners and staff were friendly and very helpful. And, a word about the included breakfast, which was very tasty, healthy and nutritious.
Fisterra is a lovely town with a lovely beach (and another even better close by in Playa Langosteira). The seafood is fantastic and the locals friendly. Cabo Fisterra (lit. the end of the earth) is spectacular.
Try to visit the fishing museum in the castle (Castelo de San Carlos). The guide, Alexandre, is a poet and mine of information about fishing and the sea around Fisterra. Apart from being a published poet, a seaman and the son of a fisherman, he brings huge enthusiasm and joy to explaining the history and techniques of the sea and fishing. The only downside is that his enthusiasm will keep you there much longer than planned. I wish we had more time to listen to his stories and knowledge.
