“早餐”

“It was a nice clean hotel with comfortable beds. Full kitchen in the rooms too. Nice big showers and very hot water with good pressure. Also a dressing area and a couch. The front desk folks are super nice and helpful. Delicious breakfast every morning. No real restaurant but they have snacks and drinks you can purchase downstairs- all night long. There is a grass area across the street at the hospital if you are traveling with your dog. 👍🙂👍”

“The staff was very friendly but the room was humid with the AC running as low as it would go. Terrible sewer smell on the elevator. I upgraded to a king suite but there was nothing special at all about the room.”

“The room is fine. The people on site are nice. Do not buy parking from a third party vendor. And whatever you do, don’t leave anything in the room. I left an Apple Watch in mine and did not get it back. Plus, after you leave, the people you text aren’t as nice anymore. Oh, and if there is anything wrong with your TV, it takes hours for someone to come in and fix it. I, personally, would never stay here again.”

“Flew in from Vancouver, near the 4-6pm check-in time. I reached out to the owner to notify them that my friend would check in for us. No response was given to that message or the previous message when I booked about requesting use of an outdoor space/firepit. Check-in went well for my friend, but she lost her phone on our way to dinner. She reached out to the owner via their business card phone number, asking if it was in the front lobby. No response. Once we returned late that night, we found……

“Hotel location is walking distance to the capital. Hotel room is very clean. Staffs I talked to from front desk, maintenance manager, general manger are all super friendly, kind, efficient and most importantly care about the guest experience. I initially had an inconvenience with the AC in the room I received a free upgrade to a big room also water and drinks from sundry area I picked out and about to pay but got waived the charge. Parking is convenient with some shade( really nice in the……

“Clean room, nice staff, breakfast was fine for the price”

“House was great besides it could use new carpet in the hallways very bunchy. Besides that room was great.”

“Great hotel, super nice staff that went out of their way to be helpful. The elevator made a weird noise at the top when it was about to stop. The doors were extremely heavy making it a little hard to open easily or close softly. Breakfast was good but not great in options. A little bit of garbage on floor but nice clean room and new looking.”

“The laundry facility was not in operation. That access was a big reason I chose this location as it was the second stop on my vacation. I had to find a local laundry service to handle my needs. Everything else was fine.”

“Our family very much enjoyed staying here. The property is beautiful and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. We have stayed at many of the top resorts in the world, and this did not disappoint. We will definitely be back to stay again.”
