“总体来说这次入住的体验相当好，服务员的服务意识还不错，见面会主动给你打招呼，另外酒店有会说中文的员工，对于国人来说还是很方便。酒店所在位置虽然离市中心较远，但是沿海而建，完全是私人沙滩，酒店还是整个都围起来的，安全性和私密性是一级棒。”

“Excellent service, and when the staff know my flight was in the evening, they gave me lately check out. We also have a surprise that after we finish our dinner and back to the room, there was beautiful decoration for us. The only thing I don't like is many hotel free water activities are in the ile Aux Cerf, and there are lots of sales for another water activities. They kept talking and introducing other activities to me, and those are expensive. It would be better if they don't bother the……

“Perfection at every level! I arrived early. Waited for an hour to clean the room but they were kind enough to give me the room before the check-in time. The Oceanview room was nice. Coffee machine, kettle, slippers, fridge (with fizzy drinks), hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body bath were all available in the room. The pool and gym were nice. “nice beach, nice room, but one night no electricity and no water ,so we cannot take shower. And the most important thing are they are not honest! They try to charge us in different way, they send us the bill before check out, it said we order coconut in the bar that we never visit , it said we took the chocolate from mini bar which we never take. then we explained to the reception and settled.
