Great spot!

This space has everything you could possibly want for a wonderful vacation. The kitchen is really nice to work in. The fireplace is charming, and the Jacuzzi tub is a wonderful amenity to enjoy. On top of that, you have access to fitness centers and outdoor Jacuzzis. Really fun spot and so gorgeous.

Botched reservation--terrible experience

We're a senior couple relocating from out of state and need long-term temporary lodging while arranging that. At check-in, the property manager (Wyndham) told us that we'd have to stay in a different unit for the first 2 nights but we could move to our reserved unit for the remainder of the month. Inconvenient, but we agreed. On Day 2, Wyndham told us there was nothing available for the 3rd night, but assured us that our condo was still available for the remainder of our reservation through 2/28/2023. Inconvenient, but again, we agreed. On the 3rd morning, they told us nothing was available for the rest of the month and that we had to leave to make room for guests who were arriving shortly. Neither Wyndham or VRBO made any effort at all to relocate us, and neither offered any compensation for the tremendous inconvenience. It was awful! I had covid, it was snowing, and we had nowhere to stay while we looked for another place. I learned the hard way that Wyndham does not have to honor a reservation made through VRBO so if you still choose to stay here, consider making reservations directly with Wyndham and skip VRBO. Otherwise, you risk having nowhere to stay and, as a friendly FYI, the vast majority of motel/hotels in Flagstaff are directly across the street from 24/7 TRAINS. No one wants to deal this kind of nonsense when far from home, especially when you've taken steps to prevent it. Signed-- Angry and Disgusted
