Nice quiet neighborhood but close to town. Lots of room for a bigger group. The upstairs game/ bunk room was great for the kids. Even had the garage with fun things for the kids a grownups. The backyard has a nice area as well.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this property. It was lovely, clean, very spacious, and met all our needs. It was unusual to have so many bathrooms and lots of closet space. The kitchen, dining area and living room were more than adequate. We enjoyed sitting outside on the couches and around the fire pit in the evenings. We were delighted with everything and highly recommend this property.

I can't say enough good things about this property or the property manager (Tina, Kyle and the folks at Dwell). This is an amazing house - there was tons of space for our group of 9 and aspects of the house that appealed to all ages. The house itself is very clean, updated and tastefully decorated and the outdoor space was amazing. There is so much for the kids to do in the house - games, basketball, ping pong, etc. The hot tub is wonderful. We loved sitting and eating outdoors. We had an issue with one of the appliances and Tina bent over backwards to help address it as quickly as possible. In general communication with the manager was incredibly quick and responsive. We will certainly be back!

Had a wonderful Thanksgiving using the large and well equipped kitchen. Lots of games, great backyard patio and hot tub. A few carpet stains but did not deter us from enjoying the property.

This home made a perfect base for daytrips to the Grand Canyon and Sedona, wandering around downtown Flagstaff, and heading to the Snowbowl. Our family of grandparents, aunts, uncles, and mom and dad of 3 little ones were all very comfortable here. It was a great space to hang out watching TV, playing in the yard, and gathering for meals on the back porch. The kitchen is spacious, and the grill was plenty big enough. We would definitely stay here again!

We used this property as our base for a quick excursion to visit the Grand Canyon. As a family of 5 hotels aren't a good option. This property was a great option for us all to be together. It was in a great neighborhood, was clean, well maintained, and was very comfortable including the beds, bedrooms, family room, and kitchen. The Kitchen was fully stocked with amenities that allowed for all types of meal prep. The property manager, Kyle, was amazingly communicative and responsive. We had zero issues or concerns yet Kyle made sure to check on us during the rental. Would definitely stay here again when in the area in the future.
