Convenient location

The home was very nice and well equipped. Very clean. There were portable air conditioning units but we didn’t need them. The temperature stayed quite comfortable. The only issues we had were that the outside garage door opener didn’t work, so we would have to go upstairs to go in the house, go downstairs and open the garage, then go back upstairs. It was hard for hauling our belongings to and from the car. We would definitely stay there again.

Great house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house in a nice neighborhood. Very clean and comfortable.

Stay away

Obsolete bathrooms with the impossibility to get the right temperature in showers. Freezing or burning are the 2 choices. Lack of heater in the 3rd bedroom so extremely cold at night. Tons of rules. The beds in the 3rd bedroom are lacking planks under the mattress rendering them extremely uncomfortable. Finally, the management company charged us an extra $96 for a kitchen towel replacement (we did not cook), a bath towel (they found a "stain"!) and a bathtub drain cover repair!!! plus a payment processing fee for these robbery charges. We showed-up at night and left early the next morning. Beware and stay away if you are wise!
