Family time...
We had three families stay in this home. Everything worked wonderfully and the house is very well stocked. The instructions were accurate and thorough. Absolutely enjoyed the jacuzzi and the pool table. We've rented a VRBO every year for the past four years, this was by far our favorite property. We will definitely be back to Timberloft again. I would highly recommend for all families.

Enjoyable Second Stay
This was the second time we chose to stay at this beautiful home. First, the layout is perfect for our family of eight. Every couple got their own bedroom and bathroom which really helps with space. But what makes this house great is that we could gather in the living room and dining room space to be together. There’s also a great loft area with a pool table and enough space to do some remote work. The dining table is huge and lets us dine comfortably together and still have space for games and puzzles. The kitchen has everything you need and we were able to cook great family meals. The neighborhood is quiet and close to trails and is an easy hop on and off to the freeway. The only drawback was that the sheets and towels did not appear very clean, but they do have an easy access washer/dryer. Also, the mattresses feel like they need to be replaced so maybe not the most comfortable sleep. Nevertheless, we really enjoyed our visit and were glad we got to stay again.

Best place to stay in Flagstaff hands down!
This is the second time we stayed in this Vrbo and it didn’t disappoint! It is the best Vrbo in Flagstaff hands down! It is clean and well appointed they provide everything you need even bathroom amenities! The host is available and friendly we got stuck up in the snow and let us stay another night! I promise if you stay here you won’t be disappointed.

Great space for family gathering
We were here for our daughter’s NAU graduation. Spacious and well laid out home. Privacy was adequate for the guests. Kitchen well stocked. Hot tub dials not working but the owner reached out ahead of time to inform us of that. Overall, a great space for larger numbers of guests.

Perfect weekend stay!
Was in town for our small elopement and this house was able to house our 12 guests. The host was super accommodating and responsive when we couldn’t figure out the door situation. I definitely enjoyed my stay here!! We made beautiful memories.

This is a large home located on a picturesque hill with some walkable land about it. The layout of the home is comfortable... be advised there are about 15 steps to access the main floor. Kitchen well equiped, manager responsive to questions.

Flagstaff Getaway
The Timberloft property was perfect for our group of 4 adults and two kids (13 and 11). It was nice that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, the pool table provided something to do with the kids, and the hot tub was very nice after long days of activities. The property is very private in the pine trees with a nice large balcony to sit out on and enjoy the surroundings. We did not have any issues with the house, but the host, Jim, was easy to communicate with prior to our arrival. We will definitely try to stay here again next summer.

Perfect Mountain Retreat
The house was beautiful and had high end everything. The kitchen was extremely well equipped for any cooking need. The owner responded quickly to a text and he was helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend to others and would stay again.

Old People Spring Break
There were 6 of us over 60. The property was very nice and in a great location (especially if there are golfers in the group). We found a lot to see and do in the area. It was nice to have a place to relax and enjoy each others company after a day of site seeing. The main TV is old and the HDI cable was shot (we used one of our own). It's probably time to replace the TV. The master shower needed repairs, that was inconvenient and we should've been comped for the inconvenience. Also, the spa had lots of pine needles in it, and the spa treatment that was on hand, was empty. We didn't use the spa, but I thought I'd better let someone know that it's time to restock. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed breakfast in house every morning. It was a very nice experience. We would definitely stay there again!

Grand Canyon Get-a-Way
The Grand Canyon drew us to Arizona for a joyful family vacation with our adult children and their families. The lodge accommodated our large group very well. We had plenty of space to gather together and each family had their own private spot. The kitchen was very well appointed; it had everything needed for meal preparations. The guys really enjoyed the pool table in the loft. However, the lodge was not as clean as we would have liked; two little "visitors" were spotted scurrying across the laundry room floor from under the washer/dryer; the hot tub had a funky odor; and it would have been a nice gesture to have the steep driveway cleared of deep snow before we arrived. Another big disappointment was the lovely shower in the master bathroom not working.

Great Family Getaway
Timberloft Lodge suited our needs and desires to a “T”. The location is convenient to all of Flagstaff but seemed very private. Great views, the layout of the Lodge allowed our family reunion to be in the same area without feeling cramped, and the long driveway lead to ample parking and garage. Jim was an excellent host and communicated with us well. Definitely be back next year!!

Wonderful Home!

To my young friend, I appreciate you sending me a photo of the small mouse that you captured during your stay. During harsh winter conditions like this year, (over 200 inches of snow so far), it is possible for a mouse to find its way inside a cabin. We might find one every few years, when it gets really cold and there is a ton of snow. Being that we are in the middle of the forest, we see lots of critters on the property, elk, deer, javelina, fox, coyotes, geese, skunks, squirls, birds and an occasional mouse. I have managed nearly 100 properties in Flagstaff and have owned over 40 homes and have never seen a rat, but I have occasionally seen a mouse in every single one. To use the term “rat” and “infested” for seeing one small mouse, is not true and really over dramatic. I’m sorry it scared you. I’m glad the little guy is gone. Hopefully you will build up the courage and come visit again sometime. All the best, Jim

55th Anniversary Family Getaway
Our family had a wonderful time at this property and would go back. It was easy to find, convenient to Flagstaff activities, and offered nice space for everyone. We had rented this home specifically for the hot tub but it was unavailable due to damage from a storm. That was a big disappointment, but something totally out of control off the owner, and he assured us there would be a credit.

Great little escape in Flag

Everything Was Perfect!
Our Daughter was getting married in Flagstaff and we needed a place that could sleep up to 10 and also allow dogs. Jim’s house fit perfectly! The place is huge with bedrooms spread out over three stories. The kitchen was enormous, was well stocked, and had an abundance of counter space which worked great for all of our wedding supplies. We used the hot tub once which was amazing on a nice cool Flagstaff evening. Jim’s communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and all check-in and check-out instructions were relayed perfectly. The house is kinda difficult to find, but Jim’s precise directions led us right to it on the first try. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future! Maybe next time just for a relaxing vacay - those weddings are stressful lol.

Very nice!
Very nice house, wasn’t perfect for our family with a two year old, and 2 sets of stairs ( but that was our choice) kitchen was more than well stocked. Beautiful views with a great patio. There were some great places to walk within a short distance, and playgrounds. Jim the manager was fabulous, really a nice person, and helpful.

Awesome property!!
We had a fantastic stay! Cabin was extremely well maintained. Beds were very comfortable. We had 11 guests that was accommodated perfectly. Hot tub was super clean and great for late nights after hockey practice. Highly recommend!

Wonderful location for Family Party!
The house was beautifully appointed and all the rooms were spacious. Everything you’ll need is there minus the food. This house had a great vibe and we were all very comfortable. We had 10 people and we were never in each other’s way. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful property that was very conducive to hosting a family reunion. As we had three families with kids (10 of us) the layout and bedroom set-up was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub as well as the adjacent "short 9" golf course. The property manager/owner was great to work with for all our needs. My family has informed me that we will be back.

You need more than just a beautiful place
The house was huge and comfortable. The big problem we had was the water situation. Seems most of the showers were clogged with calcium deposits result in very little water coming out. This also proved to be a problem with the coffee pot as it took forever to make a pot. Also two of the toilets kept running after flushing. If I was able to post a video on site, I could show the lack of water pressure. These are easy problems to resolve and hopefully will be done before the next guests have these issues.

This is a well appointed rental that is spacious and beautiful. Our family was in Flagstaff for a wedding and we could entertain the family, prepared food in this kitchen that had absolutely everything that you would need for preparation. We highly recommend this property.

Awesome House!
The house definitely matches the listing description and pictures. The house had a fully stocked kitchen, which made it extremely easy to cook for a group. In addition to the stocked kitchen, there were ample bath towels and bathroom supplies (ie. toilet paper, some toiletries, tissues, hair dryer, hand soap). We are a clean, organized group and we were very impressed at how clean the house was. It is clear that Jim not only knows how to make his guests comfortable, but takes pride in his property. We also appreciated all the information Jim provided us both regarding the house and things to do in the surrounding area. Check-in and check-out were seamless. All in all, I can't say enough great things -- we loved our stayed and would certainly return if we find ourselves in Flagstaff in the future!

Wonderful stay!
Family of 10 came from my daughters graduation from Northern Arizona University. Space was terrific, house was very clean and we all had an amazing time! Three of the bedrooms are very large with en suite bathrooms. Cannot recommend this property enough. Really appreciate all the great communication with the owner.

Secluded space for family and friends in beautiful surroundings.
We enjoyed our stay in the spacious home that felt secluded yet close to town. The home met expectations with rooms, amenities and space. The owner was very responsive to questions we had, including the need to reset the wifi. We would definitely stay again if we come up with the family and need the space.

Perfect spot for an extended family stay in northern Arizona
Large that easily accommodated an extended family get together in northern Arizona. Large kitchen and dining area with multiple bedrooms having their own bathroom. Great hot tub on the deck nestled in the trees. Easy accces to Downtown Flagstaff, Sedona, Grand Canyon and other scenic areas as well restaurants, grocery store, etc. Owner was very thorough in the information provided and responsive to any questions asked. We would definitely stay there again.

Just as nice as the pictures!!
This property is just as nice as it presents itself to be in the pictures. We had room for 8 adults and 2 children and some space left over. The home was very well stocked with everything you need and more! We were very grateful to whomever left the laundry stain remover!! Instructions were thorough. I want to mention here for anyone else who doesn’t thoroughly read the amenities that there is a very nice pack and play toddler bed in one of the spare rooms. This is one of nicest rentals we have found yet!

Wonderful, restful retreat
This home is in great shape and comes fully equipped for family cooking, vacationing and resting. Our family of 10 had plenty of sleeping space, privacy and space to hang together. We loved the hot tub amongst the trees and late nights playing pool. We highly recommend and can’t wait to visit again.

Beautiful home!
We were simply amazed by the beauty of the home, inside and out. Fit our family beautifully. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of plates, utensils, ect. The pots and pans were amazing! (Usually pots and pans duck, but the pans were top quality). Plenty of blankets and pillows! Hot tub was sparkling and very nice! Property manager was very nice and easy to reach!

A shout-out to our amazing Housekeeping Staff. They have been taking care of this vacation rental for years and they do a great job. They care a lot and it shows!! Fabulous property!
If you’re looking for a little escape at an exceptional property this is the place! My family and I went up for a weekend get away and loved this house! It was huge, kept so clean, decorated for the holidays and was cozy and so fun with the hot tub and pool table. The property manager was so great to work with and available for any questions. Thank you for letting us stay at your home. It was lovely and we will be back!

The perfect family snowboarding vacation
Our family of 8 booked this beautiful cabin the week before Christmas. This home exceeded our expectations! The cabin is beautifully decorated (they even put up a Christmas tree including very tasteful holiday decorations) and stocked the cabin with everything we needed for our stay. This home is very clean and well maintained. The owners provide quality items to use from blankets and pillows to kitchen gadgets and appliances. I really appreciated how well stocked and ORGANIZED the kitchen was, making it so easy to find what I needed quickly. It didn't take long to feel at home in the kitchen. The cabin is very spacious but still has a warm and cozy feel to it. Our kids (young adults) loved having the pool table in the loft to hang out in. We all got to enjoy and relax in the huge jacuzzi after a long day of snowboarding. It was a magical experience to soak within the tree tops! Thanks to our stay at the Timberloft cabin, we had a perfect holiday vacation. Note: It can be tricky to find the cabin at night. If you can, get to the cabin during daylight. Be sure to follow the directions given by the property manager and use the images provided in the directions to find the driveway. Don't rely on Googlemaps.

Great place
We had a great time staying here for Christmas! There was more than enough room for 11 of us and we had so much fun playing pool and games around the big table. It was even decorated for Christmas. Everything we could ever need was provided. The big kitchen was great to make meals in and it was close to stores. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for sharing the property with us we loved it !

Relaxing stay
We had an amazing stay with a group of 8 people. We found some snow on the golf course to enjoy. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I deducted a star for the construction that was scheduled outside the house during the stay, as well as running out of aluminum foil and few other kitchen essentials .

Amazing Location
The location is amazing. Next to a golf course and close to shopping and restaurants. It's a very beautiful house with plenty of room for big families. Kids had an amazing time!

Short get away
Very nice, maintained property. Close to town, down town Flagstaff and local restaurants. Walking distance to club. Host provided everything you need to cook, grill and relax. Complimentary snacks was a great add one. Highly recommended.
