Neat place, good amenities, lacking some maintenance
We liked the house, property, location, hot tub, and overall amenities! We would stay again, but would recommend some maintenance: - neither patio door could be locked, so we had to jam broomsticks and umbrellas to lock them. - master bath sink faucet was very slow. - multiple toilet seats loose or broken. - couldn't get grill to light, even though we smelled gas and igniter sparked. - washing machine made clothes smell bad, and its door gasket was moldy. - fireplace wouldn't draw very well, so we suspect the chimney needs cleaning. - basement master bathroom light burned out. - recycle bins were full of contractor trash, moved it ourselves. - paint tracked onto floor by contractors.

Everything Well Done
property was very well represented on the marketing pictures. It had everything that was needed plus a lot more that we never got involved with .....i.e. karaoke , foosball. , hot tub. well supplied kitchen , and kitchen utensils! Very relaxing and comfortable!

Wonderful property!
This was the perfect house for our 3 families to share. It’s 10 minutes from downtown, and the kids were able to sled down the hill in the backyard! The property manager was reponsive, and we had a wonderful stay!

Home had everything we needed. It was cozy and all of the family was comfortable.
Check in was easy. Home was clean and we all felt right at home. Close to a couple of stores and far enough to stay out of the hussle and bustle of the town.

Great Family Reunion Spot
My brothers, our wives and my mom came from 4 different towns from opposite directions and met here for a few days. Each household had their own bedroom and restroom. There are two living rooms and the upstairs one opens up to the kitchen. There is a park nearby and a Dollar General store. The location is not far from Downtown Flagstaff but feels like out in the forrest. We never did figure out how to get the spa working but there are so many things to do in the area. Unplug, decompress and enjoy.

Great experience
This house is nicer than the pictures. They thought of everything for this house. It is fully furnished and well cleaned. The porches are amazing along with the excellent weather in Flagstaff. Definitely would recommend.
