Charmantes Haus als Teil eines ehemaligen Hofes. Wunderbare Lage in fußläufiger Entfernung zum Strand. Wanderwege in die Berge direkt hinterm Haus. Blick auf die Salzwiesen. Durchschnittliche Austattung, aber wir haben alles vorgefunden, was wir wirklich brauchen. Klare Empfehlung!

viel zu teuer und schmutzig für den Zustand des Hauses

Das Einchecken war in Ordnung. Der Zustand des Hauses lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Überall Risse und Beschädigungen, der Wind pfeift durch, Schimmel in der Dusche, beschädigte Elektronik, ziemlich schmutzig und unapettitlich. Der Ofen hat an der Wand einen gewaltigen Riss und es ist uns unverständlich, weshalb der Besitzer das nicht richten lässt. Es hat oft geregnet und es wäre schön gewesen, den Ofen zu benutzen. Wir waren zu Beginn entsetzt. Dann habe wir uns daran gewöhnt. Eine Tür liegt ausgehängt im Wohnzimmer, die Waschmaschine war dreckig ohne Ende. Wir haben uns etwas geekelt. Dann haben wir ziemlich durchgeputzt und am Ende viel sauberer hinterlassen, als wir das Haus vorgefunden haben. Dafür auch noch ein Reinigungsgeld zu verlangen, das war einfach zuviel. Wir wollten zunächst keine Bewertung schreiben, um dem Vermieter nicht zu schaden, aber nachdem wir so ordentlich geputzt haben (mit Fotobeweis!!) und dann noch 250 Euro Reinigungsgeld verlangen, das ist zuviel des Guten. Es waren auch zahlreiche verschmutze Handtücher im Bad, selbt die haben wir noch gewaschen und ordentlich hinterlassen. Fazit: zu teuer für den schlechten Zustand des Hauses. Unbedingt sanieren! Nicht nur abkassieren!.
