"The hotel is very nice and well located, but it's too noisy due to the proximity of a very crowded avenue. In addition t that, the place where we have the breakfest is completely closed, without any windows, or noise attenuation means, which makes it very uncomfortable to stay in this ambient for a few minutes. Need some improvements!"

"Called ahead to say we’d arrive around midnight — was told, ‘no problem, reception’s open!’ Spoiler: it wasn’t. We arrived to an empty hotel, no one answering the phone, and spent an hour outside like two lost ghosts with luggage. Ended up finding another place for the night. Next day they apologized, gave us an upgrade and a free pizza (the soda we still had to pay for 😂). The place itself is nice, but let’s just say — if you’re arriving after dark, bring a tent. Worst reception ever."

"A localização do hotel é excelente! Beira-Mar e perto de quiosques. O hotel possui uma estrutura antiga, mas os quartos são confortáveis. Pedimos um quarto com sacada e o chuveiro do estava gelado, conversamos com o Carlos, extremamente educado que nos remeteu a outro quarto (sem sacada). A limpeza merece atenção, uma vez que encontramos um prato sujo de outros hóspedes que não haviam tirado logo que chegamos. A piscina é maravilhosa. O café da manhã é básico, sem variedades. Em...
